1913 September 15th - Launched. She was launched for F C Strick & Co as Shahristan but she was taken over by British India and renamed Orna.
   
" November 11th - Delivered as Orna for the British India Steam Navigation Company at a cost of £81,400.
   
1917 Came under the Liner Requisition Scheme.
   
" October 17th - She was attacked by a torpedo and gunfire from U22 in the mid-Atlantic. Orna was not hit and was able to escape.
 


1918 January 13th - Ran aground off Alexandria but was refloated unharmed.
   
1926 August 16th - Grounded in the Hooghly when inward bound from Semarang to Calcutta with a cargo of sugar.
   
" August 19th - She was refloated following her grounding and only sustained a few buckled plates.
   
1933 September - Sold for £6,650 to shipbreakers.
   
1934 Broken up at Osaka.
